Note To Self
Do not blizzard my sandwichs with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. Even though it goes great on everything, more of it does not make the food taste better-er.

ps. i put lemon on everything i eat, from fish for dinner to my toast in the mornings. tony's.. well, i dunno about that except for crawfish.
